Personal training sessions are gym-based routines geared towards postural correction, rehabilitation and prescribed exercises tailored to meet your individual needs. Sessions involve one-on-one instruction in resistance and cardiovascular training designed to challenge your strength, agility and balance. Matilda’s holistic approach ensures well-rounded routines complete with assisted stretching so that you leave refreshed and uplifted.
All personal training sessions are conducted at the Melbourne University Sports Centre, located at Tin Alley (please refer to map 2 on Contact page). Clients have full access to the state-of-the-art fitness facilities of the heritage-listed Beaurepaire Centre. Facilities include our private personal training studio, a 25m, six-lane heated indoor lap pool, the 850m2 two level Strength & Fitness Gym complete with pin-loaded and free weight gym equipment, and a mezzanine cardio area with inspiring views overlooking the athletics track and sports fields.
